Resignation letters or resign letter are a medium of communication from employee to the employer conveying his/her intent to resign from the organization at a future date. An ideal resign letter format should contain all the necessary features relating to his resignation and transition formalities. It should be a letter which respects the contract of appointment between the employee and employer and works as a last impression for the employee. According to the standard parameters, an immediate resignation letter as well as an emotional one is not considered as ideal in such circumstances.
